Only in Oregon could there be rain and cold weather in the 50's on the last day of August and first day of September. They say it is why it is so green in Oregon--but all I see are brown lawns.
It truly is a blessing to stay in the house I grew up in before we depart for Kenya. The kids have some stability and we can pack and repack our suitcases to make sure we are within weight. (2 each at 50 pounds max).
Less then two weeks--time is moving fast.
The days are approaching so rapidly! I am so excited for y'all. Please, please update pictures and such if you are able. :-)
